In conjunction with an intensive alcohol & drug treatment program, we begin to partake in weekly recreational activities that are available in our scenic beach location. From fishing, paddle boarding, and even beach walks, our clients can partake in enjoyable, sober activities. Outdoor recreational activities are great for the physical, mental & spiritual self. Nature Retreat Days: Outdoor Therapy
Clients and staff alike have the pleasure of partaking in our off site “nature retreat day” monthly. Whether taking in the beauty of one of our surrounding parks in beautiful and sunny Florida, with guided meditation and kayaking, or partaking in a professional ropes course to help clients overcome fears, build teamwork, and improve positive thinking, all facilitated by our expert therapists, nature days are sure to be life changing experiences.
